It is reported Charlie Whiting visits USF1

It is reported that Charlie Whiting, the chief technical officer of the FIA, is visiting USF1 headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.

We all know why right … to check if USF1 is indeed ready and are staying true to their plans as they’ve mentioned to the media numerous times, despite rumors stating they’re way behind schedule due to financial difficulties.

The FIA’s chief technical delegate was said to have visited the USF1 facilities yesterday to check on the car construction progress.

No other details of the confirmation of FIA visit.

Well there could only be three possible outcome from this.

1. USF1 are not ready, and Serbian GP swoops in to replace them.
2. Or USF1 finally stays true to their word, be it by a miracle or a last-minute rescue package by some rich benefactor and they raced in F1.
3. Or USF1 couldn’t meet the deadline, misses the race, thus FIA dumping them, and F1 has one lesser team in the Championship.
