Hamilton quits f1 if McLaren throws in the towel

With the current on-going row between FOTA and FIA, and McLaren which is part of the resisting FOTA outfit who are against the budget cap, there’s a possibility it won’t end well.

If McLaren quits the sport, then its principal F1 driver Lewis Hamilton will follow suit.

The young Brit was quoted, “I’ve got a contract with McLaren and I will go wherever they go. That’s the way it is. It is about the FIA and the teams. But it is my job to get in the car and drive.”

That’s mighty professional of him, and I love the loyalty being displayed, but I do hope there will some kind of compromise reached soon.
