Button completed 108 laps and finished 0.243s faster than second-place Robert Kubica. Kamui Kobayashi was 3rd in the Sauber, while 4th was Force India’s Tonio Liuzzi, ahead of Mercedes’ Nico Rosberg. While Lotus Racing had an improvement of result compared to their other days as Jarno Trulli completed 141 laps with no issues, despite the timing was less than encouraging.
