Massa Keeps Title Hopes Alive Despite Hamilton China Win

felipe-massa-title-hopes.jpg

Lewis Hamilton title winning chances are good as he won the Chinese Grand Prix at Shanghai.

It was a boring GP for me as it was ‘predictable’.

Hamilton was the fastest off the blocks in practice, qualifying and the final race. Ala Schmacher in the making eh

Hah yes I’m looking for some fireworks in mentioned as my previous entry, but Felipe Massa could only muster a second place finish.

If he was to finish any position lesser than fifth today, Hamilton would have won the driver’s title in China.

Looks like the title will once again for this F1 season falls on the last race of the year at Brazil in some 14 days

For the race in Shanghai, Hamilton didn’t put a foot wrong as he controlled the race from the start.

True to his promise, Kimi let his teammate passed for the second place spot, so as Massa can earn more points. Kimi finished third

No matter whatever the outcome of Massa result, despite him winning the race at upcoming Brazil GP, for Hamilton to win his first ever drivers title he need to finish at most fifth position and nothing beyond that.

Robert Kubica of BMW Sauber who is third in the driver’s standing is out of contention of the championship officially, after a disappointing sixth position finish.

Fernando Alonso who won back to back races recently, finished fourth in China, the same position he started at the grid today

Ooohh I can’t for Brazil GP!
