Jenson Button with former boss Ross Brawn who opts for Michael Schumacher

Mercedes GP Petronas team now has a living legend in their team, as Michael Schumacher is set to don their colors for the next season of Formula One.

With that reports are saying that the former Brawn GP pushed out their former driver Jenson Button, out of the team to make way for the seven-time World Champion Schumacher.

Ross Brawn responded that wasn’t the truth of course, and stating Jenson Button move to McLaren was of his own.

Brawn was quoted, “It overlaps, to be honest. I have a loyalty to Jenson so I hoped to find a solution and when I saw that this would get difficult I started to talk to Michael, and things developed there.”

Brawn added that he only began to talk to Schumacher at the end of November, while Button’s McLaren deal took place in the middle of November.
