iSport considering joining F1iSport International team is a GP2 team with Bruno Senna as its Brazilian racecar driver last year, Senna by the way is the nephew of late three-time Formula One world champion Ayrton. Anyway iSport founder Paul Jackson commented to the media that they are onsidering a Formula One entry in 2010 if budgets are capped.
If iSport does join the F1 scene, it is likely that Bruno Senna will be their number one choice of a driver. Already a GP2 champion team back in 2007 with Timo Glock, now a Toyota Formula One driver, it will be an exciting prospect once again to see the Senna name on the scorecard. All this hinges on the upcoming FIA proposed optional budget cap from next year. If implemented, it would open the doors to many lesser financially strapped teams to give it a shot at Formula One.
