Gulf Air expected to fly in 50,000 passengers for Bahrain Grand PrixAir ticket sales for the Bahrain Grand Prix is encouraging despite the global financial crunch. It is expected Gulf Air are expected to match the 50,000 passengers that were flown in last year. The fans are in for a treat for the three-days of F1 non-stop action, which includes the F1 World Championship, Porsche Supercup, GP2 Asia and Speedcar Series and Chevrolet V8 Middle East Championship. Aside from the action on the track, there’s entertainment spilling onto the surrounding Bahrain International Racing Circuit area. Expect acrobats, balloon makers, live music, face painting, balloon makers and a children’s play area. Fans can also view the public exhibition of 24 famous F1 cars dating back to 1932 at the Bahrain International Circuit. You can still purchase your Bahrain Grand Prix tickets.
