Recap of last season Belgian Grand Prix

The next F1 leg will be in Belgium, and it’s always good to look back at last season race, as it might give a certain insight of the potential favorite.

Last year the race was won by 2007 world champion Kimi Räikkönen of Ferrari after starting from sixth on the grid. Well now he’s in rallying.

Giancarlo Fisichella of Force India surprisingly came second after starting from the team’s first pole position. The dude is now Ferrari’s reserve driver.

Sebastian Vettel came third after starting from eighth on the grid. I’ll put my money on the young German for this leg as the favorite. He came close to winning GPs on the last few legs, but race time there’s always a screw-up. Oh well, he might just bounce back in Belgium eh.

The Belgian Grand Prix will be held between 27 – 29 August.
