In both practice session at Interlagos, Ferrari’s Felipe Massa is ahead of McLaren Lewis Hamilton in terms of timings.

But its still too early to base on those timings alone as all F1 teams are evaluating their tyres and car tweaking.

The first Practice session on Friday saw strong driving from the Brit (01:12.495) but Massa (01:12.305) slipped in a good late run into the session to catapult into the lead, with loud support from the home stands.

For the second practice session, there was some light drizzle on the track. The wet circuit got the F1 team scrambled and the Spaniard Fernando Alonso got his timing right by clocking the fastest lap of the day with 01:12.296

Massa (2nd 01:12.353) again finished ahead of Hamilton (9th 01:12.827).

I also need to mention that Raikkonen looks pretty solid too for Ferrari with a good third and fourth finish for both practice session respectively.
