Australian driver Mark Webber reclaims the Formula One championship lead after winning the Hungarian Grand Prix yesterday. He finished the race some 17 seconds ahead of second place Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso. Webber is now 4-points ahead of Lewis Hamilton in the Driver’s standing.
I sometimes wonder what it takes for Sebastian Vettel to win a race, after doing all the right stuff leading to the final day. Despite have a first spot on the grid, the young German could only settle for third spot in Budapest. It seems an early drive-through penalty ruined his lead.
The fourth position was occupied by F1 veteran Ferrari’s Felipe Massa. It seems the Italian constructor has found a way to keep up with Red Bull. This is going to be interesting from now on.

The next leg will be in Belgium, from 27th to 30th August. So there’s a somewhat long break before F1 resumes.
