Grand Prix India to Debut in 2011
It is confirmed, F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone has assure that he is committed to hold a Grand Prix in India. The debut year will be 2011, a year later than the announced 2010 as planned. The delay is due to the global sporting events and obligated contracts he couldn’t divulge. On the Indian side, the F1 organiser is still in the talks of finalising the purchase of land for the Grand Prix. The prime location would be on the outskirts of New Delhi.
