Encouraging Singapore F1 tickets saleUnlike last year when the F1 ticket finally hit the booth, there was a meltdown as the ticketing system just couldn’t handle the load and demand. But this year, the Formula One SingTel Singapore Grand Prix tickets sale went smoothly with no problems. And I reckon they’ve learned from last year fiasco eh. This year the ticket sale is sold in two parts, an earlier release on 9th April and another on 20th April. Plus there’s an early-bird sale for selected random user who are able to buy discounted tickets. The organisers also has employed a second ticketing company Sistic to help with the sale. So far the tally up to today, some 20 per cent of the F1 tickets has been sold. The popular tickets that’s fast being snapped up are the Pit, Padang and Connaught grandstands.
