Singapore F1 Pit Building CompletedCompletion of the $40 million F1 Singapore pit building was slated for end of June, but the pit building which is built near Raffles Boulevard was only completed today, slightly behind schedule Fans who get to enjoy the luxurious hospitality lounges need to pay at least $7,500 for these premier Paddock Club. The 22,000 sq meter pit building will cater to some 4,000 guests, formula one garages on the first level, media people, the race control and winner podium will occupy second and third level respectively Back in March the pit building floor area was increased as there was a demand for such first class seats. The building however still needs some finishing touches such as the interior Now next on the construction agenda is removal of kerbs and traffic islands along the track and expansion of the Promenade at the National Day Parade seating gallery The F1 Singapore night race is scheduled for 26-28th September 2008
